Every night, accounted for. The calendar shows each property as one grid of nights: who holds them, what they cost, and what is closed.
The calendar is night-level. Each cell is one night at one property: open, booked, or blocked. Reservations from every channel render side by side, labeled with their source.
A reservation arrives from a channel or your direct site, holds its nights, and keeps its history. Modifications and cancellations from the channel update the record, and nights release automatically when a stay is cancelled.
Every reservation keeps its financial breakdown per night, so payouts and occupancy reconcile without a spreadsheet.
Close nights yourself for repairs, personal stays, or turnover buffers. A block behaves like a reservation to the outside world: every channel shows the night as unavailable.
You can also ask the agent to block next Thursday for repairs at Harbor Loft, then approve the proposal it returns.
Change a whole season in one edit. Nightly rates, minimum stays, and stop-sells publish from one place to every channel. Bulk edits cover date ranges, day-of-week patterns, and multiple properties at once.
A rate plan currency must use two decimal places, such as USD, EUR, GBP, or THB. Currencies without decimals, such as JPY, and currencies with three decimals, such as KWD, are not available. All rate plans of one property use the same currency.
Keep details such as a resort confirmation number on the reservation itself. Open a reservation and find the Custom fields section below the notes. A value can cover the whole stay or only some nights.
Every change to the availability, rates, or restrictions of a night keeps a record of who made it: a person on your team, Leah with the name of the person who approved her change, an API key by its name, or a supplier feed. Nobody can edit or delete these records.
Ask Leah, for example who closed the 2-bedroom at Harbor Loft on 14 December? She lists each change for that room type and those dates, newest first, with the value before and after. Every workspace member can ask.
The records start in late October 2026. A night with no record may have changed before then.
Some properties take their availability from a supplier feed. On those properties, you can keep your own change from being replaced by the next feed update.

A locked night shows Locked. Other room types keep updating from the feed. When you edit a night yourself, Supahost locks that night for that room type, so your change stays.
To give a night back to the feed, select it and choose Unlock to feed. Supahost applies the latest feed values in the background. The feed can then reopen closed nights.
You need the Availability permission to lock or unlock nights. The lock control shows only on properties that follow a supplier feed.
