Channel sync
You never take two bookings for the same night. Supahost keeps every channel pointed at one calendar, in both directions.
Supported channels
Supahost connects directly to the major short-term rental channels:
- Airbnb
- Booking.com
- Vrbo
- Expedia
- Google Vacation Rentals
- Agoda
- Trip.com
Your direct booking site shares the same calendar, so direct stays block channel nights the same way.
How sync works
Sync is two-way. Outbound, Supahost publishes your availability, rates, and restrictions to every connected channel. Inbound, new reservations, changes, and cancellations land on your calendar as they happen.
When a night books anywhere, Supahost blocks it everywhere in seconds. Rate and restriction edits publish the same way: change once, live on every channel.
Double-booking protection
Protection is structural, not reactive. Every channel sells from the one availability grid, so a booked night is a blocked night before the next guest can see it.
Channels take a short moment to reflect a block on their own sites. Supahost tracks each update until the channel confirms it.
Sync health
Every publish to a channel is tracked. If a channel rejects an update, the failure shows in your dashboard with the reason, and the update retries.
The operations agent reads the same records. Ask it to inspect failed channel syncs and it lists what failed, where, and why.
